Our Legacy

Born From the Circuit

Apex Dynamics was founded in 2009 in a converted aircraft hangar outside Modena, Italy, by a collective of disillusioned Formula 1 engineers who believed that the future of the hypercar existed somewhere between the uncompromising precision of a Le Mans prototype and the visceral fury of a street-legal machine.

For over fifteen years, we have pursued a singular obsession: to erase the line between track weapon and road-going masterpiece. Every component is designed in-house. Every bolt is weighed. Every surface is wind-tunnel validated across 4,000+ hours of computational analysis. The Apex V1 is not merely our latest creation — it is the distillation of 15 years of relentless, uncompromising pursuit of mechanical perfection.

We do not build cars for everyone. We build them for those who understand that speed is not just velocity — it is philosophy. It is the belief that the limits of engineering are merely suggestions, and that the apex of every corner is an invitation to push harder.

Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked

Everything you need to know about acquiring and operating The Apex V1.

What are the track capabilities of The Apex V1?
The Apex V1 is engineered to deliver sub-6:30 Nürburgring Nordschleife lap times out of the box. With its 1,050 hp V6 turbo-hybrid powertrain, 1,420 kg of peak downforce, and an active aerodynamics suite calibrated for high-speed stability, the V1 is homologated under FIA Hypercar regulations. On-board telemetry, adjustable traction maps, and a dedicated Track Mode with launch control ensure that every session extracts maximum performance from every subsystem.
Is The Apex V1 street legal?
Yes. The Apex V1 is fully type-approved for road use in EU, UK, UAE, and select Asian markets. It complies with ECE R154 crash regulations and Euro 7 emissions standards via its hybrid electric drivetrain. A comfort-biased suspension mode, raised ride height, and road-optimized exhaust mapping make daily driving entirely viable — though we suspect most owners won't resist the track for long.
What is the production timeline and unit allocation?
Production is limited to 99 individually numbered units across all markets. Each build requires approximately 14 weeks of hand-assembly at our Modena facility. First deliveries are scheduled for Q3 2026, with allocation priority given to existing Apex Dynamics clients and those who complete the inquiry process before September 2025. A non-refundable configuration deposit is required to secure a build slot.
Can I customize the specification of my Apex V1?
Absolutely. Every Apex V1 is built to the owner's exact specification through our Atelier Personalization program. Choose from over 340 exterior paint formulations (including bespoke colour matching), 12 interior hide grades, 6 wheel designs, and 3 performance tiers — from the balanced GT configuration to the extreme Pista Corsa track package. Our design team works one-on-one with each client to ensure that no two V1s are identical.
What does the ownership experience include?
Every Apex V1 purchase includes a 5-year comprehensive warranty, priority access to the Apex Track Experience program (exclusive track days at Spa, Monza, and Suzuka), a dedicated concierge for service and logistics, and lifetime over-the-air powertrain and telemetry updates. Additionally, owners receive an annual invitation to the Apex Dynamics Summit — a private gathering of owners, engineers, and racing drivers at our Modena headquarters.
